HOUSES THAT ARE INTEGRATED TO THE ENVIRONMENT RESPECTING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

ARCHITECTURE

The building at FARO BELÉN is designed according to constructive and environmental guidelines that outline its sustainable profile and respect the natural environment. For this, an Architectural, Urban and Environmental regulation was written that guarantees that the works do not harm or damage the environment. The houses will rise on stilts to avoid modifying the soil, conserving the environment and the vegetal substrate.
The construction will be in dry (steel framing, wood, panels or mixed), minimizing the impact that the wet work produces to the environment. Only foundations can be made in concrete.
The proposed homes will be self-sustaining in energy by means of solar panels and / or wind turbines (they can be complemented by state-of-the-art generators). The effluents must be removed by means of a biodigester to ensure that the sewage does not come into direct contact with the soil. The implementation of rainwater collection and utilization is favored in all households.
